StopSmartLink.com is calling for a boycott of PATH's SmartLink Smart Cards. One of the
most effective ways for the seemingly powerless individual to affect change is by spending
money selectively.
We therefore ask that you refuse to participate in the SmartLink program. Continue to
purchase your QuickCards, use cash value Metrocards, or simply use cash at the turnstile.
If you wish to make more of a statement, and are able to, you may refuse to ride the PATH rail
system altogether. New York Waterway's commuter ferry and shuttle bus service is an
outstanding underutilized alternative for those traveling between New York and New Jersey.
